Staying together while apart

Updated 3/20 11:00am to correct weeks we are closed.
Hello Family and Friends,
With the continued increase in social distancing being encouraged and for the safety of our flock, Pastor and the deacons decided to remain closed for the next 3 Weeks for any activities. This will be through Sunday, April 5.
There is an increased likeliness this pandemic may not allow us to meet for longer. However, we want to take measured steps as we move forward.
We are working on ways to continue to build our community, encourage each other and worship together.
One of the things we have done is to implement the FlockNote service. This will increase our communication. We imported email and phone information from our directory. If you have not been getting messages this week, please go to the website, https://flocknote.com, find our church and add your phone number and email address. You will be able to choose groups that you want messages from on the site.
Another way we are accomplishing our goal is streaming our service on Facebook live. It starts at our normal worship time of 9:30 am. We are still working out many of the details. This is another “new” thing we have not done before. It will not be perfect or seamless, but we will make it the best we know how with improvements as we go.
Finally, we are working toward online giving. This has taken more time than anticipated; we are making progress and hope to have it available this Sunday if not sooner.
Thank you for all your patience and prayers. Continue to pray for our church and the many who are suffering during this time. Be praying that we can find ways to be a light to our community and a continued source of encouragement to each other as we seek to glorify God and do His will.
Sincerely,
Pastor and Deacons
